Introduction:
The Enrollment Records Department is responsible for receiving enrolled students at Kuwait University to monitor their academic status and guide them according to the applicable graduation records. The Enrollment Records Department is divided into two administrative sections, each with distinct responsibilities, as outlined below:
Records Section:
The Records Section guides students on the conditions and organizational rules for transferring from one college to another. It also prepares graduation schedules for students expected to graduate using an electronic form, addressing any issues these students may face, and enrolling them in their remaining courses required for graduation. Additionally, the Records Section is responsible for auditing the records of students expected to graduate based on the credit hours completed, graduating students whose records are complete after verification, reviewing and auditing the academic records of students, equating courses, and applying the conditions for determining the minor specialization in the student information system.
Internal Transfers and Academic Affairs Section:
The Internal Transfers and Academic Affairs Section is responsible for reviewing student cases and responding to all inquiries regarding their academic status via email. The section also implements decisions made by the colleges and the Deanship of Student Affairs, enforces academic integrity policies, assesses cases of students studying at their own expense, verifies students' grades and GPAs after grade entry is complete, reviews graduating students who have achieved honors, and examines the records of students on regular duration and those who have been dismissed.
