Introduction: 

This service allows the electronic request for certificates (transcript or certificate for any concerned party) through the automated system designed for this purpose.

Beneficiary Groups:

 Current students and graduates of Kuwait University, as well as non-registered students.

Types of Certificates Available: 

• Transcript (Current student – Withdrawn student – Expelled student – Graduate student).
• Certificate for any concerned party (Current student – Graduate student – Non-registered).

Application Steps:

 •    Access the electronic system by scanning the QR code provided.
•       Enter the required information and pay the fees.
•       Visit the administrative building at Kuwait University, Sabah Al-Salem Campus, 2nd floor – Deanship of Admissions and Registration – Graduates Department to collect the certificates within two days from the application date. The collection must be done in person with the original Civil ID card.
 

Note:
The automated system is available to graduates from the academic year 2003/2004 and onward.
